Last updated: January 2026These Terms & Conditions govern the use of BaseUprise's services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
BaseUprise provides web creation, app design, creative design, brand identity, consulting, and digital management services. The scope of each project is agreed in writing before work commences.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Prices listed on our website are indicative starting prices. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required before any project begins
- The remaining balance is due upon project delivery
- BaseUprise Care (monthly management) is billed monthly in advance
- Late payments may incur an administrative fee
4. Revisions
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are quoted separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. BaseUprise retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access to necessary accounts. Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed delivery timeline.
7. Cancellation
Projects may be cancelled in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. Work completed up to cancellation will be invoiced at a pro-rated rate. BaseUprise Care subscriptions require 30 days written notice.
8. Liability
BaseUprise's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or business interruption.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
